Culver Christmas 2006: Following Santa

This is a beautiful Wendell August Forge 2006 Christmas ornament. It was placed in a cache in Northwest Indiana, USA in honor of the Culver family gathering for Christmas. Our holidays are always full of family, fun and laughter. We thought it only fitting that a Travel Bug begin its journey on that day from Northwest Indiana.

Wendell August Forge hand crafted this ornament at their Ohio facility for the Christmas season, 2006. Their workmanship is fantastic and you can watch their craftsmen work their magic on a variety of metals. This is a gorgeous Travel Bug. I had to grab it because I live in a town in Connecticut that is just loaded with homes like the one on this ornament from the late 1800s - early 1900s. And I was a Realtor for years and sold a few just like this. Now I don't do that anymore, but the road I take to work now is lined with some grand old Queen Anne Victorian homes, and I want to take some photos with this TB before I send it on its way. Hello to all the Culver family out there, where ever you are!
