I picked this Adorable travel bug up from my own cache just to move it along. i had not opened the zip loc bag yet i was just reading what i was able to read from the outside of the bag. My wife and I and a Married couple who are great friends of ours decided to go on a road trip to oakhurst to go caching and for some reason all of us were very interested in helping the cute little girl on the travel bugs picture frame get the journey finished. We knew she wanted it to go to Yosemite's Half Dome so we decided to go past oakhurst and keep on traveling to Yosemite and finish this journey for the little girl.
We took pictures of Yosemite signs and of us in front of the signs with the travel bug. We also took pictures of the travel bug with Half Dome and El Capitan in the near background so Courtney Bug could have her travel bugs journey completed. The only thing that we could not do was leave the travel bug in a cache becouse of the snow and the park rules. After the trip was over we left the hotel the next day and i came home and i opened the zip loc baggie to see if i could find an email address in there so i could email these cool pictures to Courtney Bugs parents. This is when i found out that God had called for Courtney Bug to go and sit on his lap up in heaven.
i began to cry for this cute little girl and her familey. i am so pleased and blessed to be a part of Courtney Bugs Travel Bugs experiance and journey.
