WOW this is huge and shiny!! Just as huge and shiny as the Bigfoot geocoin I recently acquired!
I have always loved "The Goonies". --who can't relate to a bunch of misfit kids, dismissed by their peers and in some cases their parents, who come together to save the day?? I also have always loved Cyndi Lauper--so the fact that she did the theme song for this only made it better.
This Curse of the Copper Bones geocoin is an exact replica of the medallion/key the kids used to find and access One-Eyed Willie's treasure! So of course I love it. A good goal for this coin would be to travel to and visit any "Goonies"-themed caches or events--does anyone know of any??
