This trackable is being released by a scout in Troop 236 of Danville, California, USA in order to fulfill the Geocaching Merit Badge requirement 8B.

Retrieved. I am a scout Geocaching merit bade counselor. My Life Scout nephew is here visiting from California. Though, I won't give it to him. I will try to place this in a cache near an airport to see if it can get closer to it's goal.
