About This Item

Why is the Travel Bug called "▟Black-Hybrid-Jones▙"? The name of the figure, Jones, is obviously derived from Indiana Jones. This black figurine was originally 3D printed to be used in my graduation work. It was originally intended to be a model of a spectator in a play by Alfred Jarry called "King Ubu". I didn't end up using the figure and attached it to this TB. Why Hybrid? It's simple. While traveling around Peru and Malta, the figure had a few body parts ripped off and became what I call a "hybrid traveler". And why Black? I think that's obvious to everyone...

Proč se Travel Bug jmenuje "▟Black-Hybrid-Jones▙"? Jméno postavy, Jones, je zřejmě odvozeno od jména Indiana Jones. Tato černá figurka byla původně vytištěna na 3D tiskárně, aby mohla být použita v mé maturitní práci. Původně měla být modelem diváka ve hře Alfreda Jarryho "Král Ubu". Nakonec jsem figurku nepoužil a připojil ji k tomuto TB. Proč právě hybridní? Je to jednoduché. Při cestování po Peru a Maltě se figurce utrhlo několik částí těla a stala se z ní postava, které říkám "hybridní cestovatel". A proč zrovna černý? Myslím, že to je každému jasné...
