There are geocaches in 191 countries and it's Hoot's mission to visit as many of these countries as possible! If you can take Hoot to another country then please do so but just moving him closer to a bigger city or an airport might help him to complete his mission. 

It would also be great if you could take photos of Hoot on his travels- in/next to caches, at signs showing where he is, at local landmarks, with your geoteam or anything else your imagination can come up with.
