On our way back from the Rodanthe, NC (Outerbanks). We left North Carolina at 4:30am this morning and stopped at this very nice wayside in Oakwood, Illinois (I believe) to take a break and find a hotel before we continue our way back to Oconto Falls, WI. (Only 5.5 hours of 18 left to go! And that’s not counting traffic, gas stations, etc).
Geocache is on a very cool, old grater.

We are in the outerbanks in NC for a week and all the TBs I have brought have been to Bodie Lighthouse, Currituck Lighthouse, NC Aquarium, Pea Island National Wildlife Refuge, Wright Brothers National Memorial (pictured below), and Fort Raleigh National Historical Site.
