Very disappointing to have to retrieve this geocoin for burial 😟 It traveled over 36,000 kilometers, visiting several areas in South Africa, as well as much of western Europe, before it vanished, along with the cache it was in. At least, we think that is what happened. Hard to be sure, as we don't speak Dutch, and Google Translate is not as good as it could be, although it's better than it was a couple of years ago. It is very possible that an animal got to the cache, as we think the container was found, but it was empty. In any event, it seems that Rudolph's journey has come to an end. We will put his listing in an archived cache of ours, along with the "remains" of many other of our travelers.
