The official Geowoodstock XVII Geocoin is shaped like a horsehoe with a banner across the bottom. The front of the coin depicks the Ft. Worth Stockyards, with a longhorn steer standing under the wooden entry gate with a black panther on top and the banner reads GEOWOODSTOCKXVII. The back shows the horseshoe with a cowboy on a rearing horse with the sun behind it. The back banner reads Cowboys & Culture.
