...was für ein Moment - am 15. April 2019 sind die Medien voll von dem Brand der monumentalen Kathedrale von Paris. Notre Dame steht in Flammen! Ein paar Stunden später hatte die Feuerwehr den Brand weitgehend unter Kontrolle - der Dachstuhl war zerstört aber der restliche unschätzbare Wert dieses einzigartigen Gebäudes bleibt erhalten. Bereits kurze Zeit später entstand der Entwurf zu dieser Coin, deren Erlös in den Wiederaufbau der Kathedrale fließt. Natürlich - somit sind wir am Wiederaufbau beteiligt und erfreuen uns daran, dass dieses Bauwerk weiterhin existiert!

...what a terrible moment - April 15th, 2019 the news are filled with the fire at the monumental cathedral of Paris. Notre Dame is burning! A few hours later the local fire department employees mostly controlled the flames - the roof is destroyed but the incredible value of this unique building was protected. Some hours after that the first layout for this coin was published - its benefit will help to re-build the cathedral again. Sure - we're up to help with re-building and are happy this building will be lasting much longer now!
