Well, this one's truly been to hell and back ...
Whilst deep in the devilish cave and tunnel system in which OPUS DIABOLI I is hidden, I chanced upon something in the darkness some minutes before I located the cache itself. In the darkness of a forgotton side tunnel I glimpsed the corner of a tiny ziplock bag poking out of the dank dust. Reaching my hand out I pulled the bag out of the earth. Inside was this fine Appalachian Trail Geocoin. For two and half years it appears to have lain there in the darkness.
