Cześć Chai! You're such a beautiful kitty 🐈 and I hope you enjoyed hopping around Rome...
Rome's connection with cats goes back thousands of years, there are colonies of cats present in the city for +1600 years, as evidenced by the remains dating back to 400 AD. What is still present today in Rome is a long dynasty of cats that continues and has chosen the most beautiful and significant historical places in the city for its permanence.
It is said that there is also a special bond between cats and the Capital: the cat resembles the Romans more than any other animal, because «it is sly, intelligent, clever and always picks up a bone. Therefore, the character of the Romans is reflected in the character of the cat».
