About This Item

This trackable is in memory of my grandfather who sadly passed away in September 2021. My grandfather first introduced me and my sister to geocaching in 2006 so we decided to place a trackable in memory of him. We selected a trackable with a kayak because he always loved to go with us and Chris out on the water or on the kayaks,  so we would appreciate you and other geocachers could bring this trackable to other geocaches near water. 
This trackable's first visit was at a geocache we placed in his memory called of Jim41, in the Muskoas in Ontario Canada called in memory of Jim41.

    What a lovely tribute to your Grandfather. 2aggies pass this one onto us this evening, and yes, we are kayakers. However, at present the waters are a little 'stiff', and although we often kayak weekly in the fluid season, will take this one along to an event to keep it moving.

    Nice TB to honour your Grandpa. We understand his love of the water. Gravenhurst is a beautiful spot in Ontario's Muskokas to start this journey. While we are not kayakers (yet), we will find a suitable location to drop this TB.
