This cat-dog thing was found in the woodlands leading a secret meeting with other travel bugs on taking over the world. We were able to apprehend him but all his "friends" ran off and we are searching some of the wooded areas for the rest of them. He seems to be one of the leaders of the Woodlands group. He specifically said that he is afraid of water, so we are going to use water torture on him to find out some of the evil plots that his buddies are planning.
He will be put in the asylum part of the prison, since we know for sure he will go crazy after the water torture.
