I have it! I stopped at the prison about 2 weeks ago and it must have fell under the seat of my car somehow. I will return it tomorrow after "lights out" for the inmates!!

Welcome to the Rough & Tough Detroit Prison. We will post a picture.
We have some rules here: Take notice! These are important.
1. Treat the guards with respect!
2. Keep you and your cell clean.
3. No gambling or gang activities!
4. Do NOT participate in the prison riots or fires.
5. Lights out at 9 PM
6. Be ready for prison work detail at 5:30 AM.
6. Prison room & board fees of $74.35/ day can be paid by PayPal.
If you follow the rules you will get out of here someday.
