He was produced and released from The Troop 97 Travel Bug and Trackable Manufacturing Facility located in Necedah, Wisconsin. Speedo has a simple mission, to visit and have his photo snapped at racing events around the world.."Monaco anyone?", so help Speedo out if you can, but please don't keep him, his travels are closely watched by many others and they would be disappointed if he were to get bogged down or wound up "In the Pits".
