AMTG Plymouth Benchmark 2006 GC 1

Mid size coin with heft. 1.5 inches 3 mm thick antique bronze. The front has a medallion done in black matte enamel work with raised 3-D metal of a SOL statue. The medallion has script that reads "Thus, out of small beginnings...as one small candle may light a thousand so the light here kindled hath shone unto many. William Bradford.". The metal rim has script, in vlack enamelm that reads "The national monument to the forefathers Plymouth MA".  The reverse mimics a real benchmark disc. The edge is beveled and has script that reads "U.S. Coast & Geodetic Survey 71 Plymouth Rock". The medallion says "No. 1AJ Plymouth Elevation 56.67' N41 58.15 W070 40.52". A very nice coin.
