About This Item

My family is an Air Force Family. My husband spent 26 years in the Air Force and then 14 years as an instructor on Chanute AFB and Keesler AFB. We have one son that has retired from the Air Force and one son who spent time in the Air Force and now is in the Air National Guard. One daughter-in-law who was active and another in the Air National Guard. Two grandsons and one grand daughter-in-laws that was also in the Air Force. One grandson in AF ROTC to became an officer and go back onto active duty. Also a son-in-law who spent time in the Air Force.

... Tobiwankenobi found this coin... he told me, that it has looked dingy and slushy, so he cleaned the coin, polished it and put it in a new protective cover... so the coin looks now really new and bright.... a great coin!!! .... let`s see, where i can place it.... perhaps at a German Helicopter Airbase?
