    Belarus? Hmmm....is this a good idea?

    There is only one cache in Belarus, with a note from last year:

    "I want to warn searchers about using GPSs in Belarus. They are against the law to have and to use. Users need to be aware that they can be detained by government authorities if they are caught using a GPS."
