The mission of this trackable is to go around the world visiting Norwegian towns. Maybe eventually make it to Norway on an adventure.
The Lefse Shack was a hobby business that my parents did for many many years. They really enjoyed making Lefse and seeing all the people in the community. When my dad passed away, my mom was unable to continue to keep the Shack up and running. They were such a great team it would be so hard to make it work with anyone else.
This trackable is dedicated to their love and passion for the Norwegian Flatbread Lefse that brought so many smiles to people all over the world.
