The ancient magic item known as the Draco Sigillum was created during the First Dragon War, where dragon hunters used it to mark the lairs of dragons targeted for extermination. Overtime, as the policy of parley was implemented by the Dragon King during the Second Dragon War; the Draco Sigillum was used as a signature to treaties and agreements struck between Dragons and adventuring parties.

As dragon hunting became less popular due to the decreasing number of dragons, the Draco Sigillum was used by a new generation of adventures, known as geo-adventurers; to document their finds of letterbox hybrid geocaches.

The Draco Sigillum was last known to be in the hands of zaQ the Skald, who was said to have been betrayed and slain while on an adventure in the vicinity of the Wolf Swamps.
