This cute Basset Hound is fed up of sitting inside a box to only sit on the Christmas Tree once a year and wants to go exploring with other GeoHounds. He doesn't have a name maybe you could suggest one in your logs?

Please keep him moving and don't keep for your own.

It’s very satisfying to work on a challenge cache for some time and then be able to sign the log. Took the train from Chester to Birkenhead, Merseyside, and there were a few nervous minutes before we found the cache. 🗓

You’ve arrived in Chester, northwest England. It was founded as a Roman fortress in the 1st century A.D and is known for its extensive Roman walls made of local red sandstone. I took you on a walk around the walls and along the River Dee. Very pretty place, I’m very impressed. 🚆

Exciting times! You are off on a longish train trip. First time I’ve left London (and bits close by) since I went to Tenerife in December. I was running early so took you to a historic old church near Euston Station. It’s also where Jerry Cruncher in Charles Dickens’ A Tale of Two Cities steals the bodies from. 🧟

I needed to do some cache maintenance today which is a drama with Hammersmith Bridge still out of action. Thought I’d make a slight detour and take you to this very hard Mystery which has just been replaced. 🦆

Still chasing birthday caches so you took the train with me to Purley. Walked onto Coulsdon via a great travel bug hotel attached to a cafe. Yummy hot chocolate and a gooey brownie were the rewards I gave myself for finding it. ☕️

Visited 6/5/2021 Wombatwandering took it to How Well Do You Know Chelsea? London, United Kingdom - 2.95 miles  Visit Log

I know Chelsea pretty well and a lot better after today’s excitement. A nice little post hospital stroll for you. 🏥

Quick FTF for me here not far from my house. It would have been rude not to take you there too. 🥇

Visited 6/3/2021 Wombatwandering took it to Bygone Bromley London, United Kingdom - 11.35 miles  Visit Log

Time to work on my birthday caches. I’m missing three up to 15 years. I took you south to lovely Bromley and found a seven year old cache. Bromley seems to be church micro central. I thought we would be struck by lightening. ⛪️

Today’s mission was to find some challenge caches during a trip to trip of London. It was t a great day. The Queen Elizabeth II Bridge and the Thames Path were great and Greenhithe Woods were lovely but the giant shopping centre and caching along the motorway were less that ideal. 🙅‍♀️

Finally, my 360 degrees from home map is all green! I took you to Welwyn Garden City today. Lovely walk along the River Lea/Lee, one of the main tributaries of the Thames. Then it was up to the village of Essendon which is a lot different to the Essendon I know in Melbourne. 🧭
