achilles cache

We made the Achilles cache container for Ideology. We are planning to return to Oz in December 2004. We would like to see if this bug gets to the Achilles cache before we do. Help it on it's way in any direction you see fit!! For any extra clues to the achilles cache go here.

TL;DR: We don't have the trackable (and feel sorry for you if it means it is still missing), but stumbled upon its discovery code. The story: I discovered this trackable/coin when I cracked the cache "Msportis Coinlihaus der 2." and then was able to reverse-engineer some Coins/TBs of the owner Msporti as well. By pure chance / luck while testing out possibilities for this I also came across this TB/coin. We hope that it's okay that we discover it, if not, feel free to delete this log. TFTC/TFTT 😉

On a recent visit to Spain we picked up a so-called replacement for the original Oz Bug. Unfortunately, we found a cache with a lot of replacement travel bugs inside, which with a bit of detective work appear to be the work of a coin/tb thief. Although we contacted the owner about the copy we have not heard from them. We therefore have not moved this item on until we know the owner is happy for us to do so. helennbrian

GOOD NEWS TRAVEL BUG FOUND We went to our cache at Acebuchal (GCZRPK) near Nerja in Spain to check on it and drop 3 travel bugs in. However, we were amazed to find about 30 Travel Bugs and Geocoins left at the cache. There were so many some were left exposed on the outside and did not fit into container. Therefore, we took 13 of these to take back to the UK. Unfortunately, a week has gone by and these have not yet been logged on the Geocache website. I am sure the person that left them has not yet had time to log these. I shall log the ones we took and at a quick look on the website some look like they were previously lost and some have been repaired and put back into circulation. This should please the owners. Some of these TB’s we will drop off in the UK and others we shall take back to Spain in a couple of weeks via France. We will look at each TB and see the best place to leave it. MOST OF THE TRAVEL BUGS AND COINS HAD BEEN LOST IN SOUTH WALES. IN OTHER WORDS SOMEONE HAS TAKEN THEM AND NOT LOGGED CORRECTLY. I AM CONFUSED WITH SOME THAT HAVE BEEN REPAIRED OR REPLACED AS THEY APPEAR TO BE DUPLICATING THE ORIGINAL AND COULD CAUSE A PROBLEM TO THE OWNER. IF THE OWNER OF A TB WANTS ANY DIFFERENT ACTION TAKEN OTHER THAN DROPPING OFF IN A CACHE - PLEASE LET ME KNOW BY EMAIL. Thanks

Found this one and thought we would move it along. We are also Aussies and currently have 5 TB racing to reach Australia before we do. Not sure when we are going home yet sometime next year we think. Will move on to another cache soon
