    • The "new" Geo Quacker ready to go! This is the replacement Geo Quacker. Notice the very nice custom made, non-binding collar made by Marky & Joani
    • Old and New Geo Quackers get to know each other. The torch is passed to a new generation, er Geo Quacker. The original Geo Quacker is retired to live with MotorBug and advise him on matters pertaining to travel bugs.

Bon Voyage, new Geo Quacker!

Geo Quacker needs a little first aid. The chain attaching the bug tag has cut deeply into his neck. I am going to drop GQ with Marky & Joani at the Bay Area and Beyond Picnic #2 this weekend. Joani does a nice job of fixing bugs up and she adds a laminated tag that gives the bugs name and purpose. I'll bring a plastic cable tie for the tags so that the chain can be discarded. Hopefully that will prevent a future problem.

Just wanted to let you know in case Geo is out of circulation for a bit. Rest assured he will have a lot of TLC to get him back on the move. Joani usually has these fellas up an moving right away.

Geo is enjoying his stay with me in California. I may get him on my motorcycle for the picnic if the weather is good.
