Current Goal

Goofy's mission is simple He started out at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim, CA. He would like to make it to
DISNEYWORLD, Fl. and make it back to the Disneyland Resort area by Memorial Day Weekend 2005. Then he will be sent on another mission. Please take pictures and post them along the way and also once he gets to Disneyworld.

About This Item

Goofy is fun loving dog, he is well mannered, and of course some people may even call him goofy. He is a movie star of sorts, he has been known to drive cars although I wouldn't trust him with my car. Best of all he doesn't eat much so on that count he is a cheap date. He loves to have his picture taken with young folks and adults alike. Please help document his travels (with pictures) and try to have him home in time for his next mission by Memorial Day 2005.

    Took this bug home from the Lakeside Dining Event in Folsom California. We will add an information tag with the bug's name, current goal, owner's name, release date, place of origin and other important information about retrieving and placing travel bugs. It will be printed on waterproof paper, laminated, and an eyelet added for extra strength. This is Bug number 1150 we have seen, tagged, and moved. Thanks!

    Poor Goofy is slipping north in California instead of getting to his destination. We will fly him back to GeoWoodstock (Jacksonville FL) on May 27th (getting closer to DisneyWorld)... but sorry, he's not gonna make his southern CA goal by Memmorial Day (we can bring him back at least to CA. on the 30th of May... if the owner wants)!     Found One "Goofy" TB having dinner with the River City Geocaching and Dining Society. We talked awhile and Goofy said he was ready to head for the East coast so we will get him as far as Pennsylvania.

    Apparently he picked up a "Goofy" buddy a short time ago so now he has a traveling pal to do "Goofy" stuff with.

    Not sure what that will be while with us but we are looking forward to a little "Goofy" fun.
