It came in the mail. Thank you. It will be sent on it's travels the next fine day we have. I decided this time last year that I had to do something about my weight. As part of the program I chose blood tests were taken and I was told I was close to type 2 diabetes. I was really concerned as my grandmother was a chronic diabetic and lost both legs because of the illness. I'm now 27kg lighter and have been told my risk level has dropped considerably.
