Found it after almost giving up. I think I may have almost touched it while checking one possible spot. I was just ready to give up and I said what about that, and there it was. Great urban camo job. When I first pulled up I thought great another lame film canister under a lamp pole hide. Then the arrow pointed me away from the lamp pole and I thought great I love them smell of a dumpster on a summer (summer like autumn) day. But was very pleased that someone has taken the time to create a unique well-camouflaged urban cache. These seem to be too few and far between.
