Hi, my name is Castiel. I am a gray tabby living in Texas, USA. I've been traveling with my family (including my sister Uriel) on road trips from a young age, but, being a cat, it's unlikely that I'll ever be able to leave the North American continent. Please help me see the world, one cache at a time. Also, since I am a cat and lack opposable thumbs, I can't operate a camera to capture the scenic places where I've been. If there is a scenic place that you happen upon while you are carrying me, I'd love it if you would take a picture of it and upload it into my gallery. Thank you for letting me tag along with you!

Pickles and Pizza-Bullseye: Today marks 8 years since I found my first geocache. I have hidden 75 of my own caches and this is find number 3795. I’ve cached in 5 countries and 26 states. I play this game daily and I thoroughly enjoy the places I’ve discovered and people I’ve met over the years. Today I decided to go for one that had some favorite points. As I arrived at GZ, I saw something that looked out of place but it didn’t move. Looked here and there, tugged on this and that. Back to the first place I looked, then back to the second, climbed down the bank. Climbed back up. Reread the description. Looked at the hint, read past logs, read the hint and description again then something finally clicked. I went back to my original spot with a little more determination and confidence and voila! There it is! Definitely Earned this smiley and giving you another favorite point.

Bang a Drum: Working late tonight so I took advantage of the beautiful morning to come out to this one. I walked back and forth a bit as my coords kept bouncing. Eventually found it. The baggie had a hole in it and the log was wet ( and full). Replaced log and baggie and since there wasn’t room for both, I have the old log, just let me know if you’d like it and I can get it to you. Rock on!

Micro Power: Wow! What a beautiful day. It was so clear, I could see the islands of the coast from here. Made the steep hike up the paved road then branches off towards GZ. Of course, the first three places I looked were not right and found it on the fourth try.
