Celia has always dreamed of becoming a world famous fashion model. She would like to travel the world and be seen in the big cities hoping to be discovered.
Celia was the receptionist at Monster's Inc. Though she does have snakes for hair, she is anything but a Medusa! Celia us sweet, beautiful, and quite beguiling.
