La journée internationale du GéoCaching est le 15 août !
C'est le moment de montrer notre amour pour le GéoCaching, pour ce monde diversifié qui est le nôtre et pour les autres.
Chaque année, le 3e samedi d'août, des gens du monde entier célèbrent ce jeu incroyable et les gens qui y jouent. Une excellente façon de célébrer cette journée de gain de souvenirs numériques est avec ce GéoCoin vraiment cool ! La version 2020 du GéoCoin "International GeoCaching Day" est conçue par notre ami Chris Mackey et présente un design complexe et des détails étonnants. Il a vraiment besoin d'être vu pour être apprécié.
Voici quelques notes de conception de Chris Mackey :
Le visage de cette pièce met en valeur les mains guérissantes de l'amour qui se rassemblent à travers le monde pour se soutenir les uns les autres, la terre et la trace d'exploration. L'amour du partage est fort dans la communauté et vingt ans plus tard, il n'a fait que grandir en ampleur et en force.
Le revers de cette pièce met en valeur les mains secourables de personnes qui prennent soin de notre monde en soutenant les arbres et les forêts des terres de chaque continent. Des érables rouges d'Amérique du Nord aux chênes d'Europe du Nord, des baobabs des plaines africaines au Yunnan d'Asie, des gommiers d'Australie aux palmiers d'Amérique du Sud, la verdure du monde est aussi diversifiée que son peuple. Dans chaque pays, les gens travaillent dur pour préserver et protéger la terre pour que nous puissions l'explorer et c'est assez incroyable de faire partie d'un groupe de personnes qui font tellement pour soutenir cet effort.

This is a time to show our love for GeoCaching, for this diverse world of ours, and for others.
Every year, on the 3rd Saturday in August, people around the world celebrate this amazing game and the people who play it. A great way to celebrate this digital souvenir earning day is with a really cool GeoCoin !
The 2020 version of the "International GeoCaching Day" GeoCoin is designed by our friend Chris Mackey and has an intricate design and amazing detail. It truly does need to be seen to be appreciated.
Here are some design notes from Chris Mackey :
The face of this coin showcases the healing hands of love coming together around the world to give support for each other, the earth, and the task of exploration. The love for sharing is strong in the community and twenty years later, it has only grown in scope and strength.
The reverse of this coin showcases the helping hands of people who care for our world by supporting the trees and forests of the lands on each continent. From the Red Maples of North America to the Oaks of Northern Europe, from the Baobab trees of the African plains to the Yunnan of Asia, from the Gum trees of Australia to the Palms of South America, the greenery of the world is as diverse as its people. In each land, people work hard to preserve and protect the earth for us to explore and it's pretty incredible to be part of a group of people who do so much to support that effort.
