Current Goal

I want to visit a cache in each Pennsylvania State Park (there are 118 of them!). Help me get to a cache that's already in a park or put one out for me.

About This Item

When I rescued Happy Snoopy from a waterlogged cache container in California, he told me he wanted to see Pennsylvania. Since he's ready for hiking, I thought he could take Happy Star's place, since Happy Star disappeared with a disabled geocache.

Happy Star visited caches in 6 state parks:
Frances Slocum,
Hickory Run,
Lackawanna,
Nescopeck,
Rickett's Glen,
Tuscarora.

    Picked her up this time (we'd seen her in Old Timer's Cache but had decided, for some reason, not to take her then). She's safe and relatively happy here in Scranton (my cat likes her -- though he knows it's 'look, don't touch!')... but she'll be moving on to another State Park soon. What a bright little bug. 🙂

    I found your Travel Bug, No. 302091. I decided to call her ''Twinkle'' So, I guess it's Twinkle Happy Star. One look, and I just had to help her on this grand quest. She is now sleeping comfortably ''Under the Stars'', to pleasant sounds, beside a clear rushing stream, at Hickory Run State Park. This is her first stop on what I hope will be a long, adventurous journey. Farewell, my friend. Glad to have met that sweet, smiling face.
