    Received this TB in The mail, and will be starting it on it's way to Osterode Germany. We have a history of Diabetes in our family. Exercise such as geocaching,helps lower blood sugar, by burning it for energy. So put you best foot forward and start the walk for Diabetes. Smiles😁 from Bothell, Washington.
