    Received this bug today. My brother was diagnosed with juvenille diabetes at the age of 11. Diabetes ultimately lead to his renal failure by the age 37. He required hemodialysis for 1 1/2 years, which he did not tolerate well, until his kidney transplant in 2004.

    He is doing better now but will always be a diabetic with the threat of many further complications. It would be really great if no one else has to suffer as my brother David and many others have.
