You're out caching. Another day. Another trail. Good times with family and friends or just by yourself.
Your thoughts turn to that old yarn you heard old Grandpappy Cacher tell you about how he heard "the McCall of the Wild." How it was sweet and wild and how answering it changed his life.
You're pretty sure it's just an old story, embellished by time in an old man's mind, but who knows?
Grandpappy Cache has the vigor of a man thirty years younger and still walks with purpose and strength. His eyes gleam with youthful enthusiasm. To be honest, he looks and sounds a good bit better than you.
And then you think you hear something. Faint. Distant.
"Keep me moving towards McCall, Idaho! Keep me moving towards McCall, Idaho! Keep me moving towards McCall, Idaho!"
It slowly dawns on you that what you're hearing is real. It stirs something deep inside you and you are driven to a cache where you discover that this, yes, THIS VERY TRACKABLE is where the sound is coming from. In fact, it's nothing less than the McCall of the Wild!
Grandpappy Cache was right!
And now fate has chosen you to hear and answer the McCall of the Wild.
This trackable is a braided wire with a holiday holly design (check out the third berry!) trackable, a few mysterious coins that will give absolutely horrible luck to anybody that keeps this trackable too long, and a stainless stell nut and washer for fun and to start conversations.
