2 Years ago my wife was diagnosed with Adult onset type 2 diabetes. She was having difficulty speeking and her eye sight was getting very bad. When things went from inconvienent to bad she went to the hospital where her sugar measured over 45. While in the hospital she became semiunconcious and we almost lost her. Her diabetes is now being controled with 4 insulin shots daily.
