This is the TB I received for the Unite for Diabetes campaign. I will be placing it very soon so that it can begin its journey to Ireland, where my ancestors came from. They have a history of diabetes on this side of my family, including my mom who died this summer. I hope to make the people in the land of my ancestors more aware of treatments and prevention of this disease.
