    Grabbed this one while listening to the wind near Dark Mountain as it whistled like some serious ghosts. I've recently seen my dad diagnosed with pre-diabetes. Plus 2 of my uncles suffer from it as well. My dad has really changed his diet, and lost quite a bit of extra weight. So he's doing good. His numbers seem manageable. I know I'm at risk, so I plan on doing lots of hikes (like The Ghosts of Dark Mountain - terrain = 4*). Geocaching rocks! :-)
