Not quite a winter accessible cache. After chopping away enough ice to own the lid i couldn't get the log out with long tweezers, magnet, etc. I spent 20 minutes digging through 6 inches of ice with my ice scraper to free the container. It's now free for others to get to. That seemed like difficulty 5!
