About This Item

Buzz's next mission is to train for a Mars landing in the southwest desert near Phoenix, AZ. Take Buzz west until he lands in a cache near Phoenix, Mesa, Tempe, or Chandler. Once he's there, keep him there and his owner will retrieve him for his next mission. If you find him after he's already made it to his destination in the desert, please take him to a nearby cache -- just keep him in the East Valley area!!!

To the desert.....and beyond!!!!

Buzz was happy to see me! Even though mission control had his re-entry off a little, the recovery team made the trip to the cache as quickly as possible. Buzz reports that all his systems check-out nominal and is ready for whatever mission his country needs him to perform. Buzz also mentioned that some R&R time to recharge his Plutonium 90 batteries would be apprectiated, if possible.

found buzz wondering around mead lake his gps was on the blitz, I handed him some new batters and letting him ride with me to Guymon Ok. in hopes some one else will soon help him go home to AZ.

Monday 9- 30- 2002

Buzz light year was rather up set with me for leaving him in no mans land. Hard to believe for a toy he has a rather bad attitude, As I was leaving the cache I heard muffled cries bout taking the batters from his GPS to start the DC3 and getting the heck out of there. Sure hope somebody picks him up and helps him get to Arizona before he gets into real trouble!!!!!!!
