A Fun, Furry Friend

Charlie was one of the first four Travel Bugs released from the First Annual Cool Coastal Retreat Event held in Crescent City, August 8, 2004. He and two of his fellow TBs made it back in time for the Second Annual event, August 13, 2005. Now, his whiskers are just twitching at the chance to travel the world! Take lots of pictures of him!

I just found Charlie the Chipmunk (#477416) hibernating in southwestern Wisconsin. I believe he spent the last 7 years sleeping in a nice dry warm box in the small town of Delavan Wisconsin. He is now temporarily staying with us near La Crosse Wisconsin on a bluff overlooking the Mississippi river 600 feet below. He would probably like to go back home after all this time and I'll see he gets started if someone will send me directions or instructions as to what to do. dlspingler@gmail.com
