Current Goal

We got this large, beautiful Geocoin as a Christmas present. We are going to hold on to it for now, but we plan to share it with other geocachers that we meet. We have found geocaches in 9 countries so far.

About This Item

Global Caching Geocoin

This is a large 2 inch diameter coin fashioned in antique silver. On one side is an embossed map of the world. Around the outer edge are the words GEOCACHING - UNITING THE WORLD - TRACK AT GEOCACHING.COM. On the reverse side, arranged in circular fashion with their feet touching, are 8 embossed figures dressed in the clothing of their country. They are painted in soft enamel and are quite striking.

Grab It (Not from a Cache) 1/7/2007 Picarow and BamaBabe grabbed it   Visit Log

Picarow and Bama Babe were privileged to hold onto Hipointer and Capiti's new Global caching geocoin. It must be nice to get presents from those who fuel your passions and perhaps may I say, your obsessions? The beautiful coin burned in our hands willing its way back to the far more experienced hands of Hipointer but offered inspiration to Picarow on his way to cache in Guatemala.
