This cute little raccoon wants to journey to Mount Allison University in Sackville, NB, say hi to all the ducks in Waterfowl Park and elsewhere around town, have a bench chat with George Stanley, perhaps get something yummy to eat (Knuckle's Truffles, Cheesecake Garage, macarons and the special grilled cheese from Aida's, garlic fingers and chicken from Goya's - so many choices) ... and then eventually return to me in Victoria, BC.
A good friend is setting off on an epic journey across Canada and back so I thought this raccoon with a journey paddle would be an appropriate companion. I don't know where along the way he will leave him, but it will be fun to watch both of their journeys.
A raccoon travel tag attached to a small carved cedar canoe paddle that says Journey and Your Nation. The paddle was a keepsake from the National Indigineous Day celebration in West Vancouver, BC on June 21, 2018.

Sackville NB. Did a short drive thru Mt A and walked a short bit of these trails. Still lots to see. Found a cache big enough for this in the water fowl park. Next caches can take for a tour of Sackville before sending it home.
