About This Item

This Travel Bug has completed the first leg of it's journey August 12th, 2003(L.A. to Wrigley Field!) Thanks to all who helped! I think it was this lucky bat that helped the Cubs make it to the NLCS. Now, please send the bat towards one of the Cub's affiliate teams - the Mesa Cubs. Please take a picture of the bat of his visit to Fitch Park to prove it's achievement of it's goal and upload it to the site. Either in front of the park or inside. Thanks for moving this travel bug along!

    I found "Batting Home Chicago" at "The Petting Zoo" today sitting in the arms of "Clifford The Big Red Dog." Clifford didn't want to let "Bat" go, so I grabbed them both - see photo. Will get him on his way soon.
