My older son had me rename the hat based on how popular my hat seems to be in Germany and to distinguish it from my other two hats with geocaching patches that aren't TBs.
Interestingly enough, my father's grandfather was a German immigrant to Meadville, Pennsylvania who served in WWII, but I'm not sure which side Anthony Weaver was on.
It's a mostly blue bucket hat I bought as merch from Weird Al's 2022 Concert Tour that I intend to sew on patches from adventures my family and I have been on. The starting patches are the TB code from the 2022 Geocaching Halloween Mystery Box and a patch from the Astoria column in Astoria, Oregon.
My two older kids climbed to the top with me and I carried their baby sister up. Someday we will return so she can climb it too when she's big enough. The 100 year anniversary of the column is coming up and we'll try to make it. I believe the Column is a virtual geocache as well.
