Formerly "The NUT that just wants to BOLT", this reclaimed and very - flattened - BOLT wants to travel!!
The mission of this TB is SIMPLE - TO TRAVEL LIKE A BOLT OF LIGHTNING. The more caches visited the better, gotta road trip comin' up? Take it along! Got some funny landmark nearby - take it there!
Rather than simply discovering this TB as it travels, havealittlefun & grab it and move it on down the road!
If you wonder where such a large and flattened BOLT like this would originate from... The NUT that it's replacing (of an equal flattened state) was found at the base of the newly-installed Peruvian Express High Speed Quad, Snowbird UT in the summer of 2007.
This BOLT is likely a remnant of any one of several large and looming devices on-mountain at the same ski resort. I found the BOLT during the spring of 2010 popping out of the dirt and snow near the MidGad lift/parking lot area. It's been flattened under the pressure of snowpacks and Bombadier snow movers for years! :)
