Supposedly this travel bug was dropped in a cache March 2010 and none of the logs afterwards mention this TB being in that cache. 1972Butterfly was the last to have it. I believe if you take a TB you need to move that TB and not lose it or keep it. Be honest and do what's right.

I am very sorry to say that Pammy Bear was not in Green Green grass of home. The bug instructions were there but no bear and no tag. This cache was muggled recently and it may have disappeared at that time. Sorry, hope it shows up sometime.
