This is how we found you today:#We are for some weeks in Coimbra where we can combine business and spare time. It is not the first time we are in Portugal and Coimbra, so we know the country, the people and this city already from several visits in the past years. But this time it is nice, to be here for a longer time and enjoy life. So we take the opportunity to do also some Geocaching during our free time.
Today, at the “Dia da Liberdade” we decided to go to the coast. Taking the train from Coimbra it is quite convenient to be at the sea in more or less one hour. Luckily it is a bit cloudy, so the sun is not that intensive as it would be during the summer. We enjoyed ourselves meeting some Portuguese Geocachers at an event, we have seen on side and decided to join. Beside some sight seeing, walking at the beach and enjoying live, we did quite a lot of Geocaches that day. There are still some left, so we most probably will come once more to Figueira da Foz for further caching and enjoying the sea.
Here at the cache we met the cacher family Carolina Taborda and had some nice chat. We exchanged a travel bug and afterwards everyone of us went their way. Good luck for Carolina Taborda and for the travelbug for further caching 😁.
