1. Return to Australia
2. Visit as many caches in Australia as possible
Boomerang Koala is the most appropriate name I can think of for this TB. It is a Koala bear (with a little blue waistcoat which says "I love Australia") holding a boomerang. Also, "going back" and "returning" are recurring terms in the life and mission of the TB.
It was probably dropped as a swap item in the British Library cache in London, UK by a visiting Australian Geocacher. I have read the logs for this cache but could not determine who had left it.
On September 17, 2004, I visited that cache to drop two TB's but otherwise TNLN. However, I was so perturbed by lack of time, security cameras and the watchful gaze of a security guard that I accidentally took this bear with me. As returning it to the cache is not an option, I decided to make it a travelbug and return it to geocaching that way.
But that's not all, this bear is a long way from home and if we are to believe the inscription on the waistcoat, is probably getting homesick, so its first mission is to go back home to Australia. Once there, it would like to see as much of Australia as possible.
The ultimate "boomerang" would be that it somehow got back into the hands of the cacher who left him in British Library.
