Current Goal

This is a replica of the LighthouseNut cachemobile. It is racing against its alterego (Eastward Bound). The goal is to reach the WEST COAST of the United States, have a picture taken with a Pacific Ocean lighthouse in the background and return to home cache "Crivitz Travel Bug Chateau" (GC1G2JD) before the Eastward Bound travel bug. Please log as many pictures of the travels as possible.

I will be setting this little guy on his mission, come mid October, as we set sail for Maine. I am hoping I can start it off with a pic near a Lighthouse. Its alter-ego will be set free in Feb 2009 as it is dropped off in Hawaii. I thought that might be an unfair advantage for this one, but seeing this one is going to Maine, there is a good chance it will be bogged down with the winter snows, slowing it down and giving its alter-ego a fair chance. We'll see!!!
