I knew this guy was South Park as soon as I saw him but dont remember seeing him on the show. He must be a smoker with the lighter finger. Will try and bring him to a bon fire event

Damien looked a little perterbed to be here (or maybe he always looks that way). At any rate, my kids and I decided that he'd probably enjoy a ride. So we brought him with us on our trip to Minnesota and put him in a cache there. He seemed to smile just a little bit...maybe it was because of the concealed-carry laws! 😈
